Should staff and attendees wear the same shirt?

Usually not. Attendees often get a full-color commemorative layout. Staff and volunteers are easier to spot in a solid color with a full-color mark. Free design is included for both versions.

Can a date, venue, and sponsor list fit on one shirt?

Yes. Full-color dye sublimation is built for that kind of layout. We will flag anything that will not read at a typical viewing distance.

We only need shirts for a small volunteer team. Is that possible?

Yes. Low minimums apply by garment. You do not have to inflate the order to a festival-sized run to kit a small crew.

Is this the same as year-round branded uniforms?

No. This page is for time-bound events. Ongoing staff uniforms belong on corporate branding or hospitality if the team is guest-facing.

Can we add hats or jackets for outdoor events?

Yes, from the live catalog. Each product keeps its own price and minimum.

How far ahead should we approve art, and do you ship to Puerto Rico?

Production is approximately 15 BUSINESS DAYS after art approval, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Plan art approval before that window. Free standard shipping on orders of $500 or more.
