How do we do it?

So, our process is a little bit more complex than the regular screen-printing method. We are what is called a “Cut and Sew” provider, which it means that we create our apparel from scratch, we do not use per-built garments of any kind. However, this allow us to deliver a quality product to each and every client that comes across our desk.

The presentation stage is where you will have a chance to see a mock up of your apparel before it is actually printed.

This stage is where your apparel gets ready for production, all corrections are completed and production begins.

The printing stage is where the graphics are transferred to paper, then sublimated into the fabric.

This process is where all the material is cut to the specifications of the apparel that will be produced.

Sewing process is where everything gets put together. Quality Control is critical in order to meet our clients expectations.
